The Cave Spring group of companies is involved in wine production and sales alongside a hospitality operation – The Inn on the Twenty – which consists of a 28 suite luxury hotel, a fine dining restaurant including multiple private dining venues that can accommodate up to 503 diners; a mid-market lodging facility – the Jordan House – consisting of 14 guest rooms for overnight accommodation plus a tavern-style dining facility that can accommodate up to 164 guests; and a property management operation – Jordan Village Holdings – which leases 82,000 square feet of commercial space plus 2,000 square feet of residential space to third party tenants. All of these properties, totaling in excess of 133,000 square feet, are located on Main Street, Jordan, Ontario. In addition, the Cave Spring group owns and operates more than 150 acres of vineyard lands in neighbouring Beamsville, on which are located agricultural buildings totaling more than 20,000 square feet.

David Henderson of Claymore Design and Construction has been directly involved in the design and construction of most of the properties identified above in various capacities over the last 35 years. During that period he has performed a variety of tasks, from hands-on carpentry to site supervision to full project management of various construction projects, both renovations and new construction. Over the years Mr. Henderson has matured into a reliable and highly skilled construction professional who is now capable of sourcing all of the materials and deploying all the trades that are required to service our construction, renovation and property maintenance needs. Although an outside contractor, he has become and remains an integral part of our property management team and we rely on him to address all of our construction-related needs, from the smallest maintenance issue to the largest new construction project and everything in between.

He has a deep appreciation for the high standards of construction and property management that we insist on and has been a major contributor to the quality and workmanship that is evident throughout our real estate holdings.
